Even though we all love cheese (surely), it’s unfortunately possible to have a mediocre cheese toasty when made with mediocre cheddar.

This is a travesty because when you bite into an unquestionably moreish, perfectly melted, lightly golden, oozesational toasty, you experience what we lovingly refer to as a cheddar epiphany.
